Event AV & Staging :: CMS has its main warehouse and office in Melbourne housing over 2,000 sqm of state-of-the-art event equipment and technology. We have satellite warehouses in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth and service events Australasia-wide with a team of technical and creative event industry professionals

Media Production :: The CMS Melbourne office has dedicated video production and editing suites on-site in our Melbourne office. With a range of broadcast quality video gear and a team of media experts and video professionals across the country. We also provide great graphic design services to make our customers’content pop

Streaming Services :: CMS offers a wide range of web- streaming services. We have an expert technical team who have been streaming events for many years. We can stream any size event; conferences, CPD and education sessions, corporate updates, investor events, AGMs, sporting events, or any type of one-to-many events, incorporating Q&A sessions

Customer Service Technician (AV Support)

About the role

  • As part of a small team working on-site at our customer’s corporate headquarters, you’ll provide AV support and assistance to non-tech savvy customers

    The Role

    • This role is responsible for directly supporting customers to set up the technical elements for in-house meetings and events
    • It requires a strong work ethic and the ability to see projects through from start to finish
    • In this role you must be comfortable communicating directly with our customer-stakeholders and with our production teams
    • It offers varied work across each week with career opportunities
    • We offer a full induction program and support team
